Protect my DNA

Pay attention folks. It can't be far behind for us. Let's hope California does it right.
As the law goes right now, if you're arrested here, they take your fingerprints before you're
proven guilty, and you can write them a letter to ask them to remove it from the databank if you're not convicted -- and you'll get no proof that it's done, I'm certain it isn't.

But they can't yet take your DNA. YET. Not if it's not pertinent to the case. There are those in the great halls of deception and manipulation of Government who would want to bring this vision to fruition.

Take heed where the battle has already begun (thanks boingboing): California Proposition 69
